We offer tracked worldwide shipping at a flat rate as low as €4.50 per order, depending where you order from! You will find more details here.
Our products are made to order to reduce overproduction. Average fulfilment/production time is 3 to 5 working days, with potential extensions during peak seasons or supply shortages. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
EU: 3-6 business days
EU Neighbours: 5-9 business days
USA & Canada: 6-18 business days
Rest of the World: 8-30 business days
We use eco-friendly shipping methods to reduce our carbon footprint, so our shipping times might not be as fast as those offered by large corporations. We believe the extra time is worth it for our planet-friendly approach.
If your order exceeds the expected delivery times by more than 6 business days, please contact us via our Contact Us page, or the contact form below.
If your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our fulfilment partner & you will be notified via email. Whether the order is eligible for reshipping or a refund depends on the cause and circumstances. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part or no package was sent.
Yes, we generally accept returns if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition & in its original packaging. However, Personalised or DeBranded products are excluded from this policy.
You can request a replacement, if there is a misprint or mistake for up 30 days & you have up to 90 days for a return & refund. Unfortunately, we can’t offer any refunds if 90 days, or 30 days for replacements, have passed since the delivery date.
We process orders multiple times a day, so there’s a limited window—anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of days, depending on a range of circumstances—to make changes or cancel an order. However, once an order is in production, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as quickly as possible.
If your order arrives damaged or with a misprint, submit a claim with images of the damage. Once validated, we will reship the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. If your order was returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we charge standard shipping costs to resend it. If you opt for a refund, a processing fee of €3.70 will be deducted.
If you cancel before the order goes into production, you are be eligible for a full refund, including shipping. If you cancel after fulfilment/production has begun, but before shipping a processing fee of €3.70 will be deducted.
If you haven’t received a refund within a week, please first check your bank account, then contact your bank, PayPal, or credit card company. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us via our Contact Us page or the form below.
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders for teams, groups, parties, etc. We can even create custom designs to meet your needs. Contact Us for more information.
In the meantime, anyone can enjoy 2 levels of discount on any product if you shop for $ 140.00.- or more – equivalent to 5 Tees*.

Yes, some special motifs allow for personalisation. Please adhere to character & word limits in the product description. Double-check for errors, as personalised orders are not eligible for returns.
We offer a DeBranding service where we remove our Tee Haute Couture logo from the back of the neck & move it to the inside. This costs and is non-returnable.
Due to EU laws & regulations we are obliged to charge VAT on all cross-border trade within the EU. Tax rates vary depending on the country of delivery & can be found here. Taxes will appear at checkout.
We do not charge tax on orders outside of the EU.
Use the Suggestion Box on our website to share your ideas for store improvements or new motifs/designs.
By submitting a suggestion, you grant us full rights to use, modify, and implement your idea as we see fit. You forfeit any claim to ownership or compensation.
No, for legal reasons, all submissions are non-confidential. We may receive similar ideas from other customers or develop similar concepts internally & therefore can not guarantee confidentiality of ideas and suggestions.
