Tee Haute Couture was born out of a passion for design, humour & the belief that fashion can do good. We’re not just another t-shirt brand; we are a team dedicated to creating meaningful products. We decided from day one that we’d embrace a sustainable business model, producing our apparel on demand to reduce waste and overproduction.

All the T-shirts we sell are made from fair-trade organic cotton, manufactured with the highest quality standards, under fair working conditions, delivered to you with the lowest CO2 impact possible in eco-friendly packaging.

While we may have other apparel & merchandise available on our store, our main focus lies in Tees. We are not just trying to make a quick buck, like many others in this industry do, we really love T-Shirts. They are not only practical & can be worn in most circumstances these days, they can also convey messages, make a statement, show affiliations & appreciation of fandoms, bands or any other form of modern tribe you can think of; but first and foremost, they are comfortable!
Comfort is a key consideration. Patrick, our founder is neurodivergent, and one of the struggles he has to deal with is ASD – Autism Sensory Disorder – an overstimulation of the senses, which can cause irritation & negatively impact daily life. Wearing clothes that feel comfortable helps & Tees, especially when made of soft materials like the ringspun cotton used in our top-seller Tee (the Stanley/Stella Creator) can help tremendously.

Another factor in the decision to start this business, is the real lack of affordable quality Tees. Most PoD sellers & many brand name shops sell only low quality shirts, just with profit in mind. They often use artificially inflated prices, so they can then give you seemingly impossible discounts. And all you end up with is a cheap fast fashion product, manufactured in a developing country under extremely poor working conditions, made from cheap quality cotton, heavily chemically treated to make it softer, instead of using mechanical methods that take more time, cost & care. And sure, it looks & feels good enough, at least for a while; until you have washed the Tee a few times & it starts to fall apart at the seams, or loses it softness.
We want to offer an alternative to this practice, which is why we only sell Stanley/Stella Shirts & partner with PoD providers that care about their workers & the environment as much as we do. We do not inflate prices & work with a very low margin to make high quality apparel affordable. We are transparent in our pricing & marketing practices & make an effort to bring you the best experience possible without using cheap marketing tricks. We wear what we sell & we do so proudly, as do our customers.
