Shipping

For a low flat rate of [conPr var=”4″], we provide tracked shipping worldwide. This method of shipping greatly reduces the risk of lost orders & if anything does go wrong, claims are easy to file & resolve.

Free Shipping

Fulfilment & Shipping Times

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Your products are made specifically for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit of time to deliver. The average fulfilment time is 3 to 5 working days. During peak seasons or in case of supply shortages, this may extend to 5 to 8 working days. If you select a colour-size combination on backorder, it might take a few extra days for restocking.

We also use eco-friendly shipping methods to reduce our carbon footprint. While this aligns with our commitment to sustainability, it means our shipping times may not compete with the high-speed deliveries offered by megacorporations. We believe that our planet-friendly approach is worth the extra time.

Import Duty, VAT, GST/HST, ICMS, JST etc.

Within the EU VAT will be added at checkout based on the country of delivery, as is required by EU law, for cross-border sales within the treaty area. We do not charge taxes on orders outside the EU. However, depending on the country, customs duty, toll or tax could be levied against you for importing good. Below you will find a list with countries and their threshold.

De Minimis is the value an imported parcel can have without incurring customs duty, toll or tax. VAT may still be charged. Here a list of countries and their de minimis threshold and their import duty and tax:

  • United States: $800 USD – Duty rates vary by product type, typically 0-37.5%.
  • European Union: €150 EUR for import duty – VAT applies above €22 EUR (typically 20%).
  • United Kingdom: £135 GBP – import duty varies (usually 0-12%), and VAT (20%) is charged.
  • Canada: $150 CAD for duties, $40 for taxes – duties vary (up to 20%), and GST/HST applies (5-15%).
  • Australia: AUD $1,000 – duties are around 5%, plus GST (10%).
  • New Zealand: NZD $1,000 – duties vary (typically 5-10%), plus GST (15%).
  • Japan: ¥10,000 JPY – duties vary (0-10%) and consumption tax is 10%.
  • China: No de minimis. All imports are subject to duties (typically 10-35%) and VAT (13%).
  • Brazil: $50 USD (between individuals) – 60% duty and ICMS (17-25%) apply.
  • Mexico: $50 USD – duties vary (up to 20%), plus VAT (16%).
  • Russia: €200 EUR – a 15% duty applies, but not less than €2 per kg.
  • India: ₹1,000 INR (approx. $13 USD) – duty rates range from 10-60% plus GST (12-28%).
  • Switzerland: CHF 65 – VAT applies (7.7%).
  • Singapore: SGD $400 – a 7% GST applies.
  • South Korea: $150 USD – duties vary (8%) plus VAT (10%).
  • Indonesia: $3 USD – duties vary (up to 20%), plus VAT (10%).
  • Malaysia: MYR 500 (approx. $120 USD) – duties vary (5-20%) plus VAT (6%).
  • Thailand: THB 1,500 (approx. $45 USD) – duties vary (10-30%), plus VAT (7%).
  • Vietnam: VND 1,000,000 (approx. $42 USD) – duties vary (up to 30%), plus VAT (10%).
  • Philippines: PHP 10,000 (approx. $200 USD) – duties vary (0-15%), plus VAT (12%).
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE): AED 1,000 (approx. $272 USD) – a 5% duty applies.
  • Saudi Arabia: 1,000 SAR (approx. $266 USD) – a 5% duty applies.
  • South Africa: ZAR 500 (approx. $27 USD) – duties vary (up to 20%) plus VAT (15%).

Undelivered Shipping

If orders cannot be delivered, they are returned to our German fulfilment partner. In this case, you’ll be notified via email. Whether the order is eligible for reshipping or a refund depends on the cause & circumstances (see below).

Unless the error is on our part, or no package was sent, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return & Refund Policy

Our refund & returns policy lasts 89 days. If 90 days have passed since the purchase date, we can’t offer you any refund or replacement.

Refunds are calculated based on the product price as per the order invoice.

Our packaging is designed to be reusable for returns. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not cover lost untracked or damaged returns.

Changes & Cancellations

We usually process orders multiple times a day, so there is a window of anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of days to make changes or cancel an order.

We cannot cancel or change an order that is already in production, so time is of the essence. The sooner you notify us, the better the chances that your item hasn’t gone into production yet. For changes in colour, size, motif, branding, or personalisation, the window is shorter. Address corrections or typos usually allow for a couple of days. Either way, Contact Us as soon as possible!

Damaged & Misprints

If your order arrives damaged or contains a misprint, you can submit a claim. We will require images of the damages or misprints to file a claim with our fulfilment partner. Once validated, we will initiate reshipment or a refund based on your selection on the claim form.

Returns

We encourage you to check size charts & choose the right colour before placing an order to avoid returns. Double-check your order before submitting it to catch any potential errors.

All products are made to order, so returns are handled with care to minimize waste. That said, we want you to have a great shopping experience, so we generally accept returns if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason. Personalised, Bulk Order & DeBranded products are excluded from this policy.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it & in the original packaging. Our eco-friendly packaging can be reused for returns. You are responsible for any return shipping costs & we recommend using tracked shipping, as we do not replace or refund untracked returns lost in transit.

Once your return is received & inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Replacements

If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

If your order was returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we must charge a handling & reshipping fee of [conPr var=”873″]. If you opt for a refund instead, a [conPr var=”374″] reshelving fee will be deducted & the rest will be processed according to our refund policy. Should you request a reshipment, we will send you an invoice via email & your order will be processed as soon as the fees are paid.

Delivery times for replaced products may vary depending on your location.

Refunds

If the error lies with us, you are eligible for a 100% refund or reshipment at no extra cost. This applies to any order & any item, including Personalised, Bulk Orders, DeBranded & special offer sale items.

If the error is on your end, or if it’s a return, fees & charges may apply. Any refund issued will have those fees & charges deducted. Reshipping fees for user errors are [conPr var=”873″]; reshelving fees for returned items are [conPr var=”374″] per item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error lies with us, or no package was sent before the claim was validated by our fulfilment provider.

If you cancel your order before it enters production, you may be eligible for a full refund, including shipping. If you cancel after fulfilment but before shipping, you are eligible for a refund, including shipping, but it will be treated as a return & a reshelving fee of [conPr var=”374″] per item will be deducted.

Personalised, Bulk Orders, DeBranded & special offer sale items are not returnable.

Once your claim has been approved, your refund will be processed & a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Examples

You found a great motif & decided to buy a Tee. Since it depicts a coffee mug we also sell, you add that to your order so you can match your Tee with your mug! Everything goes smoothly, but you notice a typo in the address in the order confirmation. You Contact Us & we can fix the issue. If you’re quick, even changes to size & colours can be made, or the entire order can be cancelled without any additional costs or fees.

If the order gets lost during shipping, no problem! We will resend it or offer you a full refund. If it’s our fault, you don’t pay a thing!

If the mug arrives damaged, we will cover it. Just be sure to take pictures of the item & packaging for your claim.

But what if you don’t like the colour of the Tee? As long as it’s in its original condition, you can return it. Use the original packaging & start your claim. If there are return shipping costs, you’ll need to cover them. We’ll also deduct a reshelving fee of [conPr var=”374″] from your refund.

If you didn’t notice the typo in the address & the package is returned to our fulfilment centre, we will inform you via email. You can then choose to have it redelivered, which requires a handling & reshipping fee of [conPr var=”873″]. If you prefer a refund, a reshelving fee of [conPr var=”374″] & the original shipping cost of [conPr var=”4″] will be deducted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within a week, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, PayPal, or credit card company; sometimes it takes a few days for the refund to be officially posted.

In all cases when we discuss prices & costs, it’s based on what you, the customer, see on the store & what ends up on your order invoice, regardless of our internal pricing structures & calculations.

Personalised, DeBranded & Bulk Orders

Personalised Orders

Some special motifs allow for personalisation. These products will have an additional text field for the personalisation. Please adhere to character and/or word limits mentioned in the product description. Double & triple-check for errors, including colours & sizes, as personalised orders are not eligible for returns.

DeBranding

We offer a service where we remove our Tee Haute Couture brand logo from the back of the neck & move it to the inside. This way, the authenticity of your product is assured, but you’re not openly wearing a brand. This DeBranding costs [conPr var=”320″] & is offered as an upsell option for eligible products. Note that DeBranded items are non-returnable.

Bulk Orders

We offer discounts for bulk orders for teams, groups, parties, etc. We can even create custom designs to meet your specific needs. For inquiries, contact us.

In the meantime, anyone can enjoy 2 levels of discount on any product if you shop for [conPr var=”12500″] or more.

Transparency

We are committed to being a modern, fair & transparent company. We operate in the way we want other companies to operate. We manifest the world we want to live in by being an example of that world. We value fair trade, good working conditions, fair compensation for work, time & quality products. Our choices are guided by economic & ecological values that benefit not just us, but also the people who made our products, our customers who buy them & the planet from where we derive the resources for it all.

A big part of this is transparency. We’re not obligated to share any of the following information with you, but we want to. We want to be honest & clear about how we make our money. You trust us when you shop with us & we want to show you why that trust is warranted.

Pricing

As a basic pricing example, we will use our main seller, the Stanley/Stella Creator 2.0 shirt, which costs us [conPr var=”1270″] (excl. VAT). Shipping costs are partially shared. Tracked shipping in the EU/EAA is between [conPr var=”470″] & [conPr var=”650″] & for the rest of the world, it’s between [conPr var=”7″] & [conPr var=”9″]; plus [conPr var=”120″] per additional item; of which you only pay [conPr var=”4″] total & we cover the rest. If you buy the equivalent of three standard shirts or more, we cover the shipping costs entirely!

When you make a purchase, we cover all transaction fees charged by payment providers like PayPal & Stripe. These fees typically range between 1.4% & 3.99%, depending on your location & payment method. No matter how you choose to pay, rest assured that these fees are on us & they won’t be added to your total cost. Our goal is to make sure you enjoy a seamless shopping experience with clear, upfront pricing.

In the case of refunds, we always refund you the full amount you paid for the product. While the transaction fees we covered at the time of purchase are not returned to us by the payment providers, we believe in maintaining a fair & straightforward process, so we don’t pass these fees on to you.

Planting a tree to offset CO2 costs [conPr var=”1″] & if you pay half, we cover the other half. The costs for DeBranding or personalisation cover direct work time compensation for changing print files & adjusting other order parameters. Restocking or reshipping fees cover expenses levied by our fulfilment partner.

The base price for our standard shirt is [conPr var=”25″]. We have five discount levels that can stack. Instead of using percentage discounts, we reduce the base price by [conPr var=”1″] per discount level. With all potential discounts applied, you can get it as low as [conPr var=”1870″] for a single Tee with free shipping. Our total net margin on a standard Tee ranges from [conPr var=”130″] to [conPr var=”1125″] all factors considered. That is the raw profit margin, which does not yet take other costs or work compensation into consideration.

We are currently run as a sole proprietorship out of Spain, operating under the name “Tee Haute Couture”; and as such, we are subject to VAT & income tax. We are also obligated by EU tax laws to levy & pay VAT on all cross-border trade & commerce within the EU. The tax rates vary from 15% to 27% depending on the country of delivery. We do not charge any tax on orders outside of the EU.

We currently have monthly running costs of around [conPr var=”83000″] just to keep the company & website operational. On top of that, we invest hundreds of hours of work each month, which are not factored into this or our margins. Refunds, returns & other operational costs also add up—before we even start considering any form of marketing.

Are we getting rich doing this? No. Not yet anyhow. We would need to sell a lot of Tees to get there. But we believe in our designs, quality products & services & we are certain that we will earn a decent living from this one day. Thank you for supporting us & our dreams by shopping with us!

We are a European company & all our partners & accounts operate in Euro, which is why our calculations are usually in €. Within the EU/EAA, all prices are shown in Euro (€). Outside the EU/EAA, prices are displayed in USD ($). We use a standard conversion rate found online.

$ prices may change more frequently to account for currency conversion rates.

If you use a VPN or have geolocation blocking active, you may not see the prices intended for your region. However, once you enter a shipping address, your cart will update to display the correct prices.

VAT, GST & JCT etc.

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at checkout based on the country of delivery, as required by EU law for cross-border sales within the treaty area. Since our fulfilment partner is in Germany, orders within the EU are subject to cross-border VAT, while orders within Germany are subject to Germany’s standard VAT of 19%. We file regular reports on all sales within the EU & pay the collected VAT. Tax rates vary depending on the country of delivery & can be found here.

We do not charge taxes on orders outside the EU. The final prices at checkout are as shown, based on the country of delivery.

Some discounts apply to individual items or certain product types, while others apply to the entire order.

The Levels of Discounts

We don’t do complicated percentages that make you reach for a calculator. Instead, we keep it simple: [conPr var=”1″] off for every discount level you earn. The more you interact, shop & engage with our brand, the more you save!

  • 24h Timed Tee Drop Discount – When a new tee drops, it’s discounted by one level for the next 24 hours. Be quick, because this discount is a fleeting one!

  • Exclusive Discount Codes – Occasionally, we run exclusive offers as part of our marketing campaigns. These discounts are stackable with others, making your purchases even sweeter. Make sure you sign up for our newsletter to be informed about such offers.

Maxing Out Your Discounts

The more you engage, the higher your discount levels can climb. Most discounts apply automatically, such as 24h Timed Tee Drop Discounts, or 1st Among 28 Discounts, while others may require a code or specific choices during checkout. The maximum discount level you can achieve on a single item or an entire order is Level 5.

Within the EU VAT will be added at checkout based on the country of delivery, as is required by EU law, for cross-border sales within the treaty area. We do not charge taxes on orders outside the EU. However, depending on the country, customs duty, toll or tax could be levied against you for importing good. Below you will find a list with countries and their threshold.

Undelivered Shipping

If orders cannot be delivered, they are returned to our German fulfilment partner. In this case, you’ll be notified via email. Whether the order is eligible for reshipping or a refund depends on the cause & circumstances (see below).

Unless the error is on our part, or no package was sent, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Refund Policy

Our refund & returns policy lasts 89 days. If 90 days have passed since the purchase date, we can’t offer you any refund or replacement.

Our packaging is designed to be reusable for returns. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not cover lost untracked or damaged returns.

Changes & Cancellations

We usually process orders multiple times a day, so there is a window of anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of days to make changes or cancel an order.

We cannot cancel or change an order that is already in production, so time is of the essence. The sooner you notify us, the better the chances that your item hasn’t gone into production yet. For changes in colour, size, motif, branding, or personalisation, the window is shorter. Address corrections or typos usually allow for a couple of days. Either way, Contact Us as soon as possible!

Damaged & Misprints

If your order arrives damaged or contains a misprint, you can submit a claim. We will require images of the damages or misprints to file a claim with our fulfilment partner. Once validated, we will initiate reshipment or a refund based on your selection on the claim form.

Returns

We encourage you to check size charts & choose the right colour before placing an order to avoid returns. Double-check your order before submitting it to catch any potential errors.

All products are made to order, so returns are handled with care to minimize waste. That said, we want you to have a great shopping experience, so we generally accept returns if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason. Personalised, Bulk Order & DeBranded products are excluded from this policy.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it & in the original packaging. Our eco-friendly packaging can be reused for returns. You are responsible for any return shipping costs & we recommend using tracked shipping, as we do not replace or refund untracked returns lost in transit.

Once your return is received & inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Replacements

If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

If your order was returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we must charge a handling & reshipping fee of [conPr var=”873″]. If you opt for a refund instead, a [conPr var=”374″] reshelving fee will be deducted & the rest will be processed according to our refund policy. Should you request a reshipment, we will send you an invoice via email & your order will be processed as soon as the fees are paid.

Delivery times for replaced products may vary depending on your location.

Refunds

If the error lies with us, you are eligible for a 100% refund or reshipment at no extra cost. This applies to any order & any item, including Personalised, Bulk Orders, DeBranded & special offer sale items.

If the error is on your end, or if it’s a return, fees & charges may apply. Any refund issued will have those fees & charges deducted. Reshipping fees for user errors are [conPr var=”873″]; reshelving fees for returned items are [conPr var=”374″] per item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error lies with us, or no package was sent before the claim was validated by our fulfilment provider.

If you cancel your order before it enters production, you may be eligible for a full refund, including shipping. If you cancel after fulfilment but before shipping, you are eligible for a refund, including shipping, but it will be treated as a return & a reshelving fee of [conPr var=”374″] per item will be deducted.

Personalised, Bulk Orders, DeBranded & special offer sale items are not returnable.

Once your claim has been approved, your refund will be processed & a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Examples

You found a great motif & decided to buy a Tee. Since it depicts a coffee mug we also sell, you add that to your order so you can match your Tee with your mug! Everything goes smoothly, but you notice a typo in the address in the order confirmation. You Contact Us & we can fix the issue. If you’re quick, even changes to size & colours can be made, or the entire order can be cancelled without any additional costs or fees.

If the order gets lost during shipping, no problem! We will resend it or offer you a full refund. If it’s our fault, you don’t pay a thing!

If the mug arrives damaged, we will cover it. Just be sure to take pictures of the item & packaging for your claim.

But what if you don’t like the colour of the Tee? As long as it’s in its original condition, you can return it. Use the original packaging & start your claim. If there are return shipping costs, you’ll need to cover them. We’ll also deduct a reshelving fee of [conPr var=”374″] from your refund.

If you didn’t notice the typo in the address & the package is returned to our fulfilment centre, we will inform you via email. You can then choose to have it redelivered, which requires a handling & reshipping fee of [conPr var=”873″]. If you prefer a refund, a reshelving fee of [conPr var=”374″] & the original shipping cost of [conPr var=”4″] will be deducted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within a week, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, PayPal, or credit card company; sometimes it takes a few days for the refund to be officially posted.

Personalised, DeBranded & Bulk Orders

Personalised Orders

Some special motifs allow for personalisation. These products will have an additional text field for the personalisation. Please adhere to character and/or word limits mentioned in the product description. Double & triple-check for errors, including colours & sizes, as personalised orders are not eligible for returns.

DeBranding

We offer a service where we remove our Tee Haute Couture brand logo from the back of the neck & move it to the inside. This way, the authenticity of your product is assured, but you’re not openly wearing a brand. This DeBranding costs [conPr var=”320″] & is offered as an upsell option for eligible products. Note that DeBranded items are non-returnable.

Bulk Orders

We offer discounts for bulk orders for teams, groups, parties, etc. We can even create custom designs to meet your specific needs. For inquiries, contact us.

In the meantime, anyone can enjoy 2 levels of discount on any product if you shop for [conPr var=”12500″] or more.

Our choices are guided by economic & ecological values that benefit not just us, but also the people who made our products, our customers who buy them & the planet from where we derive the resources for it all.

A big part of this is transparency. We’re not obligated to share any of the following information with you, but we want to. We want to be honest & clear about how we make our money. You trust us when you shop with us & we want to show you why that trust is warranted.

Pricing

As a basic pricing example, we will use our main seller, the Stanley/Stella Creator 2.0 shirt, which costs us [conPr var=”1270″] (excl. VAT). Shipping costs are partially shared. Tracked shipping in the EU/EAA is between [conPr var=”470″] & [conPr var=”650″] & for the rest of the world, it’s between [conPr var=”7″] & [conPr var=”9″]; plus [conPr var=”120″] per additional item; of which you only pay [conPr var=”4″] total & we cover the rest. If you buy the equivalent of three standard shirts or more, we cover the shipping costs entirely!

When you make a purchase, we cover all transaction fees charged by payment providers like PayPal & Stripe. These fees typically range between 1.4% & 3.99%, depending on your location & payment method. No matter how you choose to pay, rest assured that these fees are on us & they won’t be added to your total cost. Our goal is to make sure you enjoy a seamless shopping experience with clear, upfront pricing.

In the case of refunds, we always refund you the full amount you paid for the product. While the transaction fees we covered at the time of purchase are not returned to us by the payment providers, we believe in maintaining a fair & straightforward process, so we don’t pass these fees on to you.

Planting a tree to offset CO2 costs [conPr var=”1″] & if you pay half, we cover the other half. The costs for DeBranding or personalisation cover direct work time compensation for changing print files & adjusting other order parameters. Restocking or reshipping fees cover expenses levied by our fulfilment partner.

The base price for our standard shirt is [conPr var=”25″]. We have five discount levels that can stack. Instead of using percentage discounts, we reduce the base price by [conPr var=”1″] per discount level. With all potential discounts applied, you can get it as low as [conPr var=”1870″] for a single Tee with free shipping. Our total net margin on a standard Tee ranges from [conPr var=”130″] to [conPr var=”1125″] all factors considered. That is the raw profit margin, which does not yet take other costs or work compensation into consideration.

We are currently run as a sole proprietorship out of Spain, operating under the name “Tee Haute Couture”; and as such, we are subject to VAT & income tax. We are also obligated by EU tax laws to levy & pay VAT on all cross-border trade & commerce within the EU. The tax rates vary from 15% to 27% depending on the country of delivery. We do not charge any tax on orders outside of the EU.

We currently have monthly running costs of around [conPr var=”83000″] just to keep the company & website operational. On top of that, we invest hundreds of hours of work each month, which are not factored into this or our margins. Refunds, returns & other operational costs also add up—before we even start considering any form of marketing.

Are we getting rich doing this? No. Not yet anyhow. We would need to sell a lot of Tees to get there. But we believe in our designs, quality products & services & we are certain that we will earn a decent living from this one day. Thank you for supporting us & our dreams by shopping with us!

We are a European company & all our partners & accounts operate in Euro, which is why our calculations are usually in €. Within the EU/EAA, all prices are shown in Euro (€). Outside the EU/EAA, prices are displayed in USD ($). We use a standard conversion rate found online.

The Levels of Discounts

Maxing Out Your Discounts

The more you engage, the higher your discount levels can climb. Most discounts apply automatically, such as 24h Timed Tee Drop Discounts, or 1st Among 28 Discounts, while others may require a code or specific choices during checkout. The maximum discount level you can achieve on a single item or an entire order is Level 5.
